The Shelborne by Proper Hotel — Brand Launch Campaign. Annette led the creative marketing launch for The Shelborne by Proper, a landmark $100M luxury hotel reinvention by Proper Hospitality on Miami Beach's iconic oceanfront. Recognized by GQ Magazine as "One of the Most Stylish Hotels on the Planet," the fully transformed resort required a cohesive, multi-channel creative rollout. Annette's contributions spanned the full launch campaign, including digital advertising design, email marketing campaigns, concepting and presentation decks, menu design, and social media campaign templates. Her work helped bring the hotel's reimagined luxury brand identity to life across every guest and digital touchpoint. Branding, photography and media by Savvy Studio, creative direction by Talley Carlston.
